Doesn't work with AC whammy pedals

Doesn't work for V1-V4 Digitech whammy. After talking to a random Sweetwater sales rep (my usually rep wasn't available) I was told this would work on my pedal, I ordered two only to find out it doesn't work as advertised. After doing some research I found out the v5 whammy switched to DC power. The older models, like mine, (v1-v4) run off an AC power supply. I ended up having… read more to get a completely different switch mode power supply that can accommodate AC power (Truetone CS-12) Usually Sweetwater is right on the money so I was a little disappointed to have to order something else and then wait for that to arrive after placing this order. While this was all unfolding I reached out to my sweetwater sales rep and they were a huge help by contacting the brand's rep and getting some more info on the matter. I've always been happy to do business with Sweetwater, I just want to give anyone looking to hook this up to a Digitech Whammy a heads up to check to see if their pedal is AC or DC power and also Sweetwater might want to update their description because I was mislead into thinking this adapter would power a Digitech whammy with a voodoo labs pedal power 2.
