Some might be harshly critical of the fact that these cabs use Chinese Celestion speakers to outfit their frame, I can honestly say, that's nonsense it sounds fantastic. This cabinet has its own sound and I love it with the majority of my amp collection. There are always some amps that don't work with V30s and I have a couple of those. When buying a cabinet it's most important to… read more match it, sonically not brand, with your amplifier. Of course it sounds awesome with my Friedman, but it also sounds amazing with my Cornford, Mesa JP2C, Victory Kraken, Landry LS100 G3, Diezel Herbert and Bogner Uberschall. It doesn't sound as good with my D style amplifiers but not bad at all. Would I recommend this cab, absolutely. It's well constructed, the tolex is thick and durable, and it's tonally fantastic with the majority of my amps. If you can, grab one now!

Love this cab! I've had it for just over a year now and the speakers are finally nice and broken in. The V30's always take some time to break in and sound a bit sweeter and mine are finally at that point. Very punchy and full sounding cab and the build quality is top notch. I'm using this with a Friedman BE-50 Deluxe and it pairs up great, killer tones! I liked this cab so… read more much I just bought the 2x12 version for smaller gigs or to use with the 4x12 for outside gigs next summer. You won't be disappointed, especially after breaking it in. Only thing it needed was some Mesa Track-Lok removable casters because let's face it, we aren't getting any younger. The Mesa casters are the best!
