Great all-around pick
When I first started learning guitar, I picked up one of those Dunlap variety packs which included these. I started with a very thin celluloid pick. But as I got stronger in my skills, I tried thicker picks. The thicker and celluloid pick had a twang to them that I didn't like, and I didn't like the feel of the grip. Dunlop 0.58 is the Perfect Pick
I play loud rock guitar and acoustic 12 string. It is good for both. It easy to grip and does not slip from sweaty hands. The pick is just a little smaller than normal and I really like the size. I mean it would be like wearing shoes for the first time, if you didn't know about shoes you would… read more have just accepted bare feet as the norm. I really don't want to use any other type of pick ever again. There really is no good reason to not try these if you haven't before.
It's a pick.
At first it was annoying, the new picks were hard to hang on to and they kept missing my strings. After trying each of them one at a time and getting the same results, I had a thought...this time I'll remove them from the little bag. It worked...go figure !
