These are the best picks I've ever used. They also last a really long time. The texture on them adds just enough grip without being overly grippy like the Max Grips. Please never stop making these. Jim Root is also one of my favorite guitarists, so a win-win.

My new favorite pick. The most comfortable pick to me is the Dunlop Nylon 1.0 but you just can't attack as good, so I've been getting used to thicker picks and switched to the Ultex 1.0. Only thing was I had to scratch each pick up to get any grip. They are really good for attacking and easy to find when/if you drop one but it's the grip thing and they make the side of my thumb… read more a little sore, and then they started to feel just a tad small once I tried the Roots. These are a nice thickness, size with decent grip.
