.88mm guitar picks
These picks are excellent! The "grip: is nice and scratchy, ensuring that you won't drop one when you're shredding and sweating.
Glad I made the switch
I am really happy that I made the switch to nylon picks from the green equivalent of these and the grip is definitely an added bonus!
Luv it!
For years I would grab an exacto knife and etch a Dunlop tortex pick in a criss-cross pattern to get a max grip typ feel.. . Now I don’t have to do it anymorecause Dunlop is now making em. These are now becoming my go to pick for all my Guitar useage.Fit,form, function, what it’s intended for is superb,I’ve been using Dunlop max grip now for a year and I’ve been playing 30… read more years, live gigs 20 years and I’ve tried them all. The best got better
I've been using the classic Dunlop Nylon picks for over 30 years and have been very happy with them. I misplace them before they ever wear out. :-) I just received a pack of these with Max-Grip from Sweetwater in my standard .88mm thickness, and am just blown away by how easy they are to hold on to. I never thought I'd change to a different pick, but the best for me just got better.… read more Love them!
WHO WRITES A REVIEW FOR PICKS?
So, I've been playing acoustic and electric guitar in nearly ever genre for 31 years; and I've used all kinds of picks over the years. I happened upon a video last year where a guy demonstrated how incredibly different the tone of all of his guitars were, based solely on the different picks that he used. I knew there was a (bit) of a difference; but I never realized (just how much)… read more of a difference there could possibly be. I was amazed!So...I spent about $100 ordering every guitar pick you can think of and obsessively played and recorded with ALL OF THEM! Yes, I know...crazy. BUT...it was an exercise that was immeasurably important for what I do as a musician. At the end of the day, these Dunlop picks were my hands-down favorite for grip, tone, playability, and longevity. I purchased a bunch of packs of the following three weights: .73, .88, 1.14. If you spend a couple bucks and buy a pack of each weight, I'm convinced you'll be as thrilled as I am.
