Best pick for basses
I've played bass guitar for 56 years and have always used a pick and have used the Dunlop .60 for as long as I can remember. In at least the last 15 years I have broken only 2; I've worn out hundreds. I've had 2 recording engineers express shock that I use a pick, they can't tell a difference. Picks don't cost much but finding the RIGHT pick is priceless!
Mr. Tidwell Longbottom
I've tried a ton of different pics on my acoustic and have fallen in love with these. For the longest time I used Fender Thins but kept having problems with the pick sliding around in my fingers unless I gripped them harder than I wanted to. These Dunlops solved that issue. The texturing is subtle, but raised enough that the pick isn't constantly twisted or sliding even during… read more heavy strumming. They seem to be very durable, I have yet to have one break on me. Another thing worth commenting on is that these are surprisingly bendable for .60's. I've got .50's that are harder stiffer than these. As a result this is the perfect pick for strumming & volume. A thicker pick can be harder to strum with, a thinner pick often won't be as loud. These are just right.
AMAZIIIINNNNNGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best strumming picks hands down!! Quiet enough and loud enough when needed !!!
DUNLOP PICKS
