Don't sleep on these!
If you're a fan of the acrylic Gravity picks, these aren't quite the same material but the feel and tone is close enough for a fraction of the price. Jazz III shape but super smooth string contact with a bright and articulate attack. A+
A hidden jem!
I have no idea how come these picks go under the radar. I have been playing with theme since the times they were transparent before they changes the colour to red (Oh, I know why they did it). A few years ago I ventured into a bottomless pit which is the search for the ultimate pic. Tried anything and everything, only to come back to the one I started with (It took me years). Pros:… read more the shape. The camber is perfect, it's not too shallow as a jazz 3. Also, the edge is rounded and pointy, not beveled like a jazz so it glides smoothly but attacks precisely as well, great fo fast picking. Cons: It is very small. I got used to it. It is a bit slippery as well. I used to "max grip" mine but I don't bother anymore. Honestly, I don't hear a difference in tone between picks, as long as they're not made of exotic materials like metal/wood/stone. I save every pick I've ever used in a mojo sealed box and except for a few transition picks, they're all stubbies. Been playing for a long time and now got a rest-of-lifetime supply of my best pick.
