Last forever from Lexan (bullet proof plastic), doesn't inject it's own sound, thick and stays put. The 2mm are also good, try both- I prefer the 3mm

These picks are awesome, the strings slide so easily off the edge and I can noticeably feel myself able to play faster with these because the string doesn't have to bounce off the string so hard. Only complaint is that if you play and get sweaty hands, they will slide out off your thumb or rotate around which can be annoying

I hurt my wrist from using poor wrist angles, and these picks feel consistent at every angle so I can keep my wrist in a straight position and get the same feel across any angle I hold the neck.
