Great picks, but get the Max Grip version

Title says it all--you may as well get the same thing but with the extra tread on them: Dunlop 471P3S Nylon Max-Grip Jazz III Guitar Picks Black "Stiffo" Note that these picks are smaller than standard-size picks so you'll definitely want all the grip you can get.

I can play much faster with these pics definitely look in to them the only con is that when you go back to regular sized picks it feels wonky at first but easy fix if you just keep playing

Yeah, picks are picks, and whatever works for one may not for another. I have tried many, many picks over the years, and these are my favorite so far. Of course, there is a learning curve when one tries something new, especially when it's a bit different from the norm, but for me the diligence paid off. I just kept using these picks until I got comfortable with them, and my accuracy… read more improved dramatically. I believe these picks work best for lead players who like to pick most of their notes, but they work fine for rhythm if can hold them loosely (but don't let go!). As always, Mike Godlove and the Sweetwater team got my order out sooner than I could have expected. These guys treat everyone like a star, best customer service in the business. Thanks again, guys!
