I couldn't believe how much faster I was able to pick! I play a lot of metal which some times requires rapid fire playing and with this pick it's a breeze. I am a Bass player and I use heavy strings. I like the tone they create, just right for rock, hard rock, and metal. The grip is really good. I am a happy camper. I highly recommend them. I have had three hand surgeries on both… read more hands and the surgeon had to shorten my right thumb, so if I can use a thicker pick so can you. There are only three other picks I like. One is tusq picks 1 mm, Gravity pick 3mm, and Dunlop flow jumbo 4.2 mm.

It's just not for me,,,,,at least my first impression are it feels way too big. I have been using Dunlap Jazz lll , they are a little less than 1.5 mm ,so its too drastic of a change for me.
This is what I've been looking for!
