Worth the $$$

Plays very smooth, the pick just glides across the strings, yet the sound is sharp and articulate. Makes me sound like I'm working harder than I really am. Pinch harmonics are a breeze, too.

Great steel string picks!!

Love playing with these on my Taylor!! The shape matches my Thille and Blue Chip mandolin picks, but these sound best with the D'Addario ej19's I use. Still use traditional shape Dunlop 1.0's on electric, and prefer these with my Taylor steel string. And they last quite a long time!!

Perfect for Mandolin

These are just what the doctor ordered for my mandolin playing. I have a light touch, and play guitar with my bare fingers. These have dimples that make them really easy to hold onto. Crazy expensive for flatpicks? Yes. But they work for me.

I've found my pick

I experimented with different picks for at least 2 years. My main gripe about most picks is that they were too slick. I tried different textured picks, but I never found one that suited me. I finally decided I would spend just a little bit more money and I also wanted to experiment with an equilateral triangle shape, so I ordered a 3-pack of the Primetone triangle grip picks. I read more was very apprehensive about the 1.4mm thickness. The thickest pick I had used before that was a .80mm. I expected the thicker pick to be really loud on the strings, but it was just the opposite. There is very little pick noise and the strings sound mellower when they are picked. And the raised lettering makes the pick really easy to hold onto without slipping around. Just ordered my second 3-pack yesterday.

Best pick ever!

I can never get comfortable with the standard pick design and was becoming quite frustrated. I tried this pick style as a last ditch effort to be comfortable and it paid off. I can now fidget with my pick and the design seems to correct for it. Great picks!
