These are the best picks for me. Easy to grip, the perfect size, and the color will go with any guitar so that's good for my ocd haha!

I've tried quite a few picks on my jazz archtop. It's strung heavy and I really like the Jazz III shape. But within that universe, there are lots of choices. Although pricy (compared to other picks), these may be my faves. Grip is secure and tone is a bit more on the mellow side than the Tortex picks. I'm seeing a few minor signs of wear, so a pick might not last more than a month… read more or two. But these are excellent.
