For me, this is the perfect pick. It generates a warm pleasant tone and is easy to move through the strings. I've always used a 2mm Ultrex but these jumbo grip 3mm sre my new favorite.

Was looking for some Dunlop picks that were 3mm. I'm a fan of thicker picks and was looking to upgrade from their 2mm offerings and this fit the bill pretty well. At first, they did seem a bit big in terms of dimensions but to my surprise, the picks fit in the hand really well when playing. And this is where these picks excel is in playability. The grips on the pick let the picks… read more sit in your hand and don't move at all. Playing becomes a breeze, and it allows for more precise playing. Definitely recommend these picks!

This pick was a pleasant surprise. I'm a pick junkie, and love to try out new pick variations, shapes. sizes, materials, etc. This pick is a twin to the Jazztone 208, which in 2 mm and made of a different material. My personal preference in picks is the 3 mm thickness, so I thought I'd give it a try. This pick has a quick string release and definitely affords a very good grip… read more due to the raised lettering. The bevels are smooth and functional; the pick is finished very nicely with no flaws. The material is Ultex, which possibly adds to the smoothness of the string release. I have picks that cost 5X the price of these and offer nothing more in playability. They are definitely worth a try.
