As guitarists we spend A LOT of money chasing the perfect tone, but one piece of equipment in our signal chain that often gets overlooked is the instrument cable. I received this cable today and the difference in tone between this cable and my normal guitar cable is INCREDIBLE. The crispness of sound. The clarity in all frequencies. The lush harmonics and overtones. Not only that, but I am hearing frequencies I was unable to hear before. I am going to be replacing all of my instrument cables with these. Head of the Class...

I only bought this cable because and friend of mine and I are working up a cable comparison video. We have maybe a dozen high end cables and I tossed this one in for the heck of it. The… read more Asterope came in a static shielding bag, as if it were a computer component. Seemed a little over the top, to me. It also came with a logo sticker and a guitar pick with the Asterope logo, and a Velcro tie strap. Nice packaging, but I am not drawn in my astute marketing. In our testing, which was real time playing through a high quality system, the cable was loud, and sounded crystal clear. There were not any noticeable tones the were cut or boosted. It sounded uninhibited. Not only were the highs clear, but even the lows were crisp and clean. This was far and away the best cable in the mix, and we had really good representation I might add. The Asterope was in the range of the most expensive cables we tested. But, it stole the show. If sound and tone are important to you, there is no question that this is the cable! And designed/made in USA with a lifetime warranty. How can you do better than that?

Amazing

I bought this cable after a couple of years of not wanting to spend the money for this audio cable. The turning point for me was one of my favorite guitarist (David Grissom) endorsed this cable.
