As a person who has built or fabricated A LOT of gear and speaker cabinets, I'm very happy to report that this little guitar speaker cabinet "hits" way above the cost of its components alone. Years ago I might have looked at this mini Mesa creation and thought "Celestion speaker, in an open back box, I can make one for myself a lot cheaper. I spent hours yesterday driving this… read more tiniest of Mesa speaker cabinet products with various Marshall heads and I finished the day with a big smile on my face. The Celestion speaker sounds great with a Marshall head driving it, even in an open back cabinet. I have a lot of Celestion's in 4x12 cabinets (over 25 speakers in studio currently) and this littlest 10" Celestion delivers great clean and rock lead tones. Overall this cabinet is amazingly COMPACT (the single specification that led to me purchasing it). The sound from this box is BIG, full, balanced and great! Lightweight, reasonably priced and awesome sound, this little Boogie delivers the goods. Another great product from the "Home of Tone". Good music to all!

I purchased a Mesa Mark Five: 35 Head and needed a speaker for at home. When I play out I use the built-in Mesa Cab Clone to go directly to the board. This little speaker performs as expected for a Mesa product. It is sonically accurate, compact, lightweight and perfect for at home and recording.

Hooked up a Quilter Interblock 45 to the Mesa Boogie Compact Extension Cabinet and was very pleased with the sound. I thought to myself - "You get what you pay for" and Mesa Boogie does not disaapoint. No idea how they get this sound out of something that is so compact and light. Awesome!
