Wow. Just wow.

I can't claim to be an expert by any means (just picked up guitar less than 4 years old...started VERY late in life and now I call this my "favorite midlife crisis"!). But since I began my guitar journey, and at least along the acoustic realm, have tried: Yamaha, Taylor, Martin, Takamine, Washburn. This Breedlove is, by far, the most distinctive tone I've experienced thus far in read more the best possible way. The sustain is phenomenal. The highs and lows balanced. The size, totally perfect for my 5'2" petite stature. And when I plugged it into a Fender Acoustic 100w amp, it SINGS. I'm SO pleased with this set up. On top of all that, it is a GORGEOUS, unique guitar that--rightly so, comes with a hard case. I've never had an acoustic that I knew *immediately* from first play, that I would keep forever. Major shout out to Jim Watson for this awesome recommendation!!

Sounding and Lookin' Good

Initially, I was struck by the beauty of the striping of the Myrtlewood in this guitar! The tone has a brightness that fits certain songs and it has an easy playability! It holds its tuning very well and the hard shell case that came with it protects it! This is my second guitar from Sweetwater and I haven't been disappointed with either purchase. They answer any questions I read more have if I email them or call on the phone (read this as easily accessible) and have helped me with any problems I have had (only one due to dry weather conditions). Their 55 point inspection system insures the guitar was ready to play when it arrived! I also like the fact that the guitar I saw online was the guitar I purchased. It wasn't a demo model for viewing purposes, it was the guitar I picked from the ones they had in stock! Dealing with Sweetwater has been a pleasure all the way!

Very Impressed!

I have gone through so many Guitars to find the one that fits my playing style, too many to name. Its like buying a car, first you test drive and make a decision. I have donated many Guitars to local Churches in my area, friends and family members until I could find the right instrument for myself. The Breedlove is made in America, made of Myrtle wood, light as a feather. I love read more the LR Baggs pick-up system and the Beautiful wood grain look of this Guitar. I love the sound, easy to play, and just perfect! Thanks to Sweetwater for their 55 point check list. This is a keeper!

I was nervous to buy a guitar that's made from non-traditional wood, especially at the price. I am very glad I did! The quality of the guitar is great - it looks, sounds, and feels better than I hoped. The tone is not the bass-est I've ever heard but it's still present and mixes perfect with my band. The mids and highs just absolutely sing. The natural sustain is amazing, I've read more never had any kind of guitar with so much beautiful sustain

Excellent experience utilizing online format backed by caring human support. I fully support local hands on shopping. For this particular guitar, I tried just that, including the guitar builder. They told me that Sweetwater was great and I agree! I found what I was looking for including professional detailed pictures. Once selection was made, I found out that I already had read more a personal representative there at Sweetwater due to smaller previous purchases. Rob Kramer, a luthier himself, has been great. My new guitar is awesome. It was a pleasure to purchase.
