Classic vibe 70
Awesome look and feel. I'm a beginner but this is no cheap knock off. It's fun to play and sounds great
For the price, and for lefty's its worth it
if you need something to play and not collect it's a great guitar. I swapped out the bridge with a stock fender... and it added much more sustain. it was 10 minutes of work watching a you-tube video and a Philips screwdriver. If you do this the bar that comes with the squire does not fit the fender bridge. The bar off my '94 fender fit perfectly. Positions 1,2,3 are VERY Strat sounding.… read more the hum bucker in the back is good for now. Build wise, it's decent. you may need to do a little fret sanding along the side with a sanding block, a few minutes very gently took care of some rough spots. I will likely change out the tuners for nickel.setup and plugging this in, it's a fun, well made guitar, and finding a usable guitar as a lefty has never been easy.
Great sounding playing guitar, Fret edges need to be filed.
Great sounding and feeling guitar, pretty close to my Player Strat. Very good looking guitar too. But, the Fret edges are sharp/very rough and need to be filed. I had this done from a reputable luthier and now the neck is perfect and plays great. Good value for the money. I recommend this.
Joe Perry!
I'm a right handed player, but always loved the Joe Perry "playing a Lefty guitar right-handed" thing, so I figured I'd give it a shot on a Squire. ;-) The guitar is actually made much better than I was expecting! A new nut to make it a Righty, a quick string change, and off I went. Pickups sound just fine, no need to pull them, and the pots all have a solid feel (not the loose… read more kind you find on lower end guitars) and have a nice full range. My only complaint (which is minor) is that when setting the intonation, the D saddle screw was completely stripped out from the factory...I couldn't even get a screwdriver in the screw to remove it, I had to drill it out, which was a pain. That should have been caught either at the factory QC or the Sweetwater QC. But other than that, it's a VERY nice guitar with a great neck and great tone, way above it's price point! :-)
Left hand Squire Classic Vibe 70's STRAT = Love It!
Short and sweet, If you are looking for a sweet left hand guitar with incredible value , this is the guitar! I have owned many guitars and currently own 12. I have had everything from inexpensive Squires and Epiphones to some very expensive Gibsons. If I didn't know it I could easily believe that this is a $1,000.00 + guitar. Guess that is the reason they are sold as fast as they… read more arrive. I only wish Squire would make more guitars like this in Left Hand.
