A perfect set up with a flawless fit and finish...and it sounds GREAT.

I've had my share of ukes from $30 to $2000 and this one has an action that is amazing. The perfect string height at the nut and 12th fret which makes it so easy to play. Oh, and with a 38mm nut width I can make my chubby fingers do what's needed to make some difficult barr chords that I simply can't do on an instrument with a narrow (35mm) nut. I wasn't too keen on the strings read more that came with it and changed them to a Pepe Romero low G set. Playing jazz with a pick it's very close to my Kanile'a premium if you can believe that, and strumming without a pick it has plenty of volume and sustain. It's very impressive for a uke in this price range and in my opinion, you would be hard pressed to find a better similarly priced tenor (and I've had a bunch of them). It's very light and has a gloss finish that is as perfect as you can get regardless of how much you spend. Top it all off with a VERY nice polyfoam case and you have one hell of a bargain and a top notch uke you can be proud of. I used to play classical guitar and had a couple of Cordobas and was always impressed with their sound and ease of play. This 30T embodies all of that knowledge into a well designed and executed Uke. Bravo.

Excellent Uke!

Excellent projection. Ukelele came strung with a low G, which I believe is what most people expect when buying a tenor Uke. This is my first time playing the ukelele and I have fallen in love (I play many other instruments and wanted to expand my horizons even further). I greatly recommend this uke, it is essentially a professional level instrument for a mid-range price.

Nice uke

New to the uke world but 30+ years guitar player. This uke is very well made and gorgeous. The only reason I returned it is because I'm not a fan of the mahogany tone. Action is a little high and strap buttons would be nice on a glossy instrument. I would still recommend this uke just not for me. No problem with the return. Thanks Sweetwater Jason King

Well made ukulele. Poly finish is really thick, but once sanded down and rebuffed, sounds every bit as good as my kamaka. Shipping was quick. Caleb was great to work with.

The Cordoba 30T 30 Series Tenor Ukulele and me

I have had my Cordoba 30T 30 Series Tenor Ukulele for about a week now. I agree with everything that all of the other reviewers here on Sweetwater have already said. The Cordoba 30T 30 Series Tenor Ukulele is absolutely beautiful. There is an obvious quality and sound difference between this Ukulele and all of the other Ukes that I own. This is my first solid wood Uke and I now read more have a hard time playing the laminate ones that I own now as the sound in this Uke is so much better. In appearance the glossy polyurethane finish over the solid mahogany is flawless but does attract finger prints. The Grover tuners are great and adjust smoothly. The frets are completely smooth. The bridge is flatter and wider than any of the other Ukes that I have. While I really like the flatter neck on this Ukulele the wider fret board is kind of a problem in that I now have to concentrate on where I plant my fingers to avoid buzzing. I chock this up to me and my Ukulele getting to know each other. The sound of this ukulele is fantastic it has a beautiful resonant sound that is hard to describe. Perhaps those of you who are used to solid wood Ukuleles know exactly what I am speaking of BUT it almost hums. It sounds fantastic. I purchased this Ukulele for myself as retail therapy in the middle of the pandemic, sight unseen, based on reviews, construction, the reputation of Cordoba, and Sweetwater's amazing sales and service team. Ben Kelly is my sales guy and he knocked himself out for me. Because of the level of service and the quality of this Ukulele I am his and Sweetwater's loyal customer.
