I've looked at several gig bags from different companies- ie, Jackson, Ibanez etc. The ESP Deluxe Gig Bag is still the best value overall. It has good padding and plenty of storage. They keep changing it year-to-year though. In fact, each year the new model is slightly WORSE than the previous year model. This bag used to come with rubber on the bottom to prevent sliding and… read more some additional little details that made it even better. But, compared to the competition, it's still the best value.

I received this gigbag as part of a promotion with a guitar they had for sale during Black Friday. I would not consider this as a "deluxe" gig bag. There is hardly any padding and I would not use this to protect the beautiful guitar I purchased. It may be useful to keep the dust off of my guitar, that's about it.

I purchased this bag for a George Lynch relic'd LTD and was very surprised at the quality and construction of this bag. It has the lining of any expensive hard case and is really sturdy. Plenty of room for all the stuff you might want to put in it. Mike Hammond at Sweetwater was really great at making sure I was completely satisfied and made sure that all was well with my purchase.
