Nice Pedalboard
Just finished setting up my Dingbat Large pedalboard and overall, I am satisfied with the product. I own a couple of Pedaltrain boards as well, so I was able to compare them to the Dingbat. I am happy with both brands. The boards are well-made, sturdy and provide practical solutions for using multiple pedals. There is one major difference (in my opinion) that distinguishes them.… read more Pedaltrain boards have slots that span the entire length of the board making it very easy to set up your cables. However, this design sometimes makes it a little more challenging securing certain pedals with velcro because there may be less surface area. On the other hand, the Voodoo Lab Dingbat has much smaller slots for setting up your cables. I found this to be a bit more challenging because many of the holes are covered up by your pedals (especially larger pedals), so I had to be more creative in figuring out where my cables should go. However, this was certainly not a "deal killer." It just required a little more thought. Also, the Dingbat has more surface area so my smaller pedals are generally more secure. Both brands offer good soft cases. But I like the fact that the Dingbat case has internal straps that provide more secure packaging for traveling with your rig. I'm happy with both brands and recommend both.
