Solid board
Great board. Solid construction. Plenty of options for mounting (velcro, zip ties, quick release) lots of room under the board for my cioks dc5 as well as my lehle Sunday driver. Highly recommended.
Great board!
In my experience with the board I found the paint coating to be durable, the plates easy to work with and the mods super convenient! I even had to remove a plate and it wasn't as bad as it was made out to be by reviews.
Well, i dig it
yes, the mounting system looks like a nightmare. i avoided it. i cut out the middleman and used 3M hook/loop to secure everything. it will not stick or blemish. the grill and frame are sturdy, with enough holes to weave and access cables and power supplies for 8 pedals in my setup. enough room underneath for power supply. and it looks snazzy.
It's rockin it!
I wanted to write a quick review of this pedalboard because I think it's getting a bad rep over it's substandard effect mount system. A GH plug easily fits through the capsule openings and the smaller round holes are big enough for a standard cable tie, which is how I mounted my pedals and power supply. I like the fact that it's made in Canada, it's reasonably priced and that the side plates can be removed to allow for some different future options. As a stand alone pedalboard, in my opinion, it's a winner.
