I wanted a soft case that was light and low profile With shoulder straps For my Taylor 224 Dlx Koa. This fits the bill well. I opted for this instead of a Taylor soft bag which is pretty bulky although maybe better protection. This one is very nice. The neck could be more svelt but it's typical. Good padding and pockets. Happy with it. I would recommend.

What REALLY blew my skirt up was the fact that Andy Miller called me (CALLED me), the day I ordered it to let me know that it MIGHT be late arriving as they were out of stock at the moment. "BUT," he said, "the vendor is right down the street and they should have some to us today, but I just wanted to let you know there's a possibility that we may not be able to get it out today."… read more As it turned out, Sweetwater did get it out the same day and it arrived here on time. Now, where else are you going to get service like that?? Andy, as always, y'all are FANTASTIC !!!!!

This is a really well-made product, generously padded and intelligently designed with pockets everywhere for books, accessories, straps, etc. Polyester is polyester, so it won't look or feel as cool as a canvas or leather bag, but for basic economical protection and instrument transportation, it is very highly recommended.
