The best
This cost almost nothing but it def has the Epiphone quality. Mine does at least, fit and finish were flawless, it projects way crisper and louder than a Fender CD in my opinion. Yes there's flaws but this guitar could cost twice as much and still sell. For a lefty this the best acoustic you can start with no joke! I started with an Ibanez AE, switched to a Fender CD (hated), if… read more you wanna save some change and need a cheap or starter acoustic, its perfect. Holding up about 9 months later.
Perfect honestly
Wow, the hype is real. Finally lefties can get in on this. For the price you get more than what you pay for to be honest. The only flaw I could find was a bit of sloppy paint where the neck ends. It's only slight and you have to get up close. The action was absolutely perfect. I had to make zero neck adjustments ether. It was pretty straight already with a bow in the right way.… read more Strings were crispy and fresh, no rust or oxidation. I changed to some coated strings and Gibson brand tuners. I'm not sure what the neck is made out of, but it has a real nice even grain and varnish. This guitar is really loud too. I've had Fender and been around Yamaha acoustics but the Epiphone is waaaaaaay better than the Fender CDs. It's loud and clear, not really any string buzz. The neck was smooth and the frets were really really well done, absolutely smooth, no rough or sharpness whatsoever. For the price, you literally can't find a better acoustic for a lefty. I've had a standard epiphone les paul electric before and yeah, Epiphone continues to produce quality guitars!
