Lil Tex got some mojo
So I love to play parlor guitars and have never owned a travel guitar. I got Lil Tex and was really surprised how nice it sounds and plays. Excited to have a guitar for camping and traveling. A Cool Lil Critter.
I got this here at Sweetwater, courtesy of Myron Fett. It's a very cool piece, better than i expected. I like the plugged in the amp sound,even on my all tube amp, it had a live,acoustic sound as compared to my Fishman solo performer SA220 and it sounds terrific on that also. If you want a mini/gigbag without breaking the bank? Here's your guy.I love mine.
Epiphone Lil Tex
Best bang for your buck. I got mine at Sweetwater along with my GS Mini Taylor pictured. This little critter is terrific. Better than i expected, courtesy of Myron Fett a great guy at Sweetwater.

Was glad to see these finally arrived. I'd been wanting a parlor/travel sized, inexpensive acoustic that wouldn't demand a lot of TLC. Out of the box- fit, finish and appearance are nice. Bad news : sounds just awful, and needs to be tuned constantly. I'd hoped once the strings stretched a bit it would improve. Nope.
