Worth every penny!

This is absolutely a must if you do any kind of recording. It really helps mute strings so you don't get any kind of annoying pinging and it does an excellent job at muting sliding noises when playing with high gain. No matter how cleanly I play it just comes to a point where it isn't physically possible to mute every unwanted string with certain chord shapes. (particularly… read more if you're playing with a fast tempo) Noise gates can only do so much without cutting out what you actually want to hear. While it doesn't eliminate sliding noise 100% it gets rid of I'd say 80-90%. At that point it will get lost in mix when you have drums and other instruments playing. Life saver as nobody really wants to hear SCHELCH in a song lol Really helps clean up my recordings, worth every penny! The folks at Sweetwater are awesome, the level of care and detail they show for a simple $12 order is astounding. Will definitely do business with them again.

I love this product, it does everything it's reported to do and it makes my guitar look more professional than the hair bungee I was using. I should've gotten this an long time ago.
