Perfect double electric gig bag
super sturdy, plenty of storage and offers great protection for my tele and Strat. love it
So good!
It was between this and the much more expensive Mono case. Ended up going with the Gator and have zero regrets. It's been great. Carries and protects my Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s, Fender Eric John Rosewood Strat, Fender Custom Shop 60s Thinline Telecaster.... and EVEN my Squier Classic Vibe 60s Bronco Bass. Yes - it will even hold a short-scale Squier Bronco Bass (from what I… read more understand, this may not be true of all Bronco Basses) when the additional lower padding insert is removed (it's attached by velcro - easily removed or re applied). Between this bag and my Line 6 Helix backpack, I have an ultra-portable rig with two guitars (or one guitar and a bass), Helix, and all the cables/accessories I need.
The Perfect Gig Bag for Me
Over the past year my bandmates and I have been scaling down our equipment and trying to minimize as much as possible. Our 4-piece band has the setup down to just a couple of Bose systems, a drum set, four mic stands, two guitars, and a barefoot bass player. No amps and it sounds great for every bar gig or party we play...about 60 shows per year. I like redundancy in case things… read more happen so I typically take two guitars to every gig. I bring a Scale Model Guitars Spitfire with a single P90 and a Scale Model Guitars Spitfire with a single humbucker for noisy rooms. Dragging two hard cases and a backpack to a show isn't terrible, I still wanted to minimize even further. Enter the Gator ProGo for two electric guitars. I can fit both guitars, two Tech 21 fly rigs, my mic, my iPad, picks, strings, and cords all in one case. I am down to ONE grab and go bag now for every gig. The ProGo bag is really well made. It's plush inside and does a great job of protecting all of my equipment from the house to the show. Get one and simplify your loading! Thanks Tomir and Sweetwater!
Excellent product!
I've needed this case for a long time. Recently been condensing my gear for convenience and found this gem. Quality construction and excellent protection for both guitars. It's actually stiffer and sturdier than I expected. It's definitely more of a case than a gig bag. Tons of pockets and storage for all my extras. Highly recommend for those with multiple axes.
Excellent Gig Bag!
This Gig Bag is essentially perfect. I give it 5 stars but it is a bit heavy fully loaded. Even so after getting strapped in and going it carries the weight comfortably.
