This guitar rocks

Classic Gibson J45 sound. Extremely playable. Beautiful finish. Very powerful strumming but also nice on fingerstyle. Nicest guitar I own.

I just picked up a 60s model J-45 in red and saw this must have work of art. What a fantastic guitar...fit and finish from Gibson's custom shop is simply wonderful. Plays like a dream with a bit "fatter" neck than the 60s J45, out of the box it's set up pretty well to be easy on the eyes and easy on the hands/fingers. This will be a collector guitar in years to come..I only hate read more that I missed the chance to buy number 9 on Sweetwater. Pass this on to your children..not only are you buying a guitar..it's a Gibson Custom shop piece that plays like a dream and will hold up for generations. Cost isn't much more than a 60s J-45 with a pickup. If I had the money I'd buy 5 more!

Plays as good as it looks!

I was hunting for a J-45 and stumbled upon this gorgeous guitar. I already have a J200 which is a sunburst (And my favorite) and wanted to change it up a bit. With Slash being my favorite guitarist it was a no brainer. After looking at other pictures on other websites I saw it did come with a pick guard. I called up my awesome sales girl Cassie asked her about the pick guard since read more it wasn't displayed in Sweetwater's pictures or description. She did some digging for me and confirmed that it did. Sweetwater's guitar tech's installed it. The case that comes with this guitar is just as eye appealing as the guitar is. Not just a standard black case, the brown really looks amazing. I plugged it into my 4x10 and this thing sings. It has a ton of range and it's really growing on me. I think the J200 is starting to get jealous. This is the second guitar I've bought from Sweetwater and I haven't been disappointed yet. The customer service they provide is what keeps me coming back to them.
