Flimsy, unstable
The legs wobble, and the whole thing leans backwards with very little pressure. Also it doesn't fold unless you move the adjustable feet all the way out, which basically means that they're not adjustable. Find something better.
Very Portable
I purchased this for its portability to support my Taylor A12e at gigs, open mics & coffee shops. Its not as stable as a heavier metal stand but it fits easily in my gig bag and serves its purpose for me. SW has best price I have seen online.
Mighty Guitar Stand
Works well for Strat size body although you need to pay attention to balancing. A little more "tippy" than I like. It needs more weight in the base / feet. BEWARE with Les Paul weight and size. The smaller body profile slides a little more through the feet ( width cannot be adjusted in order to keep stand locked) and this time the strap button hits the floor . Too close for comfort… read more for me !!! You will dent the guitar body !! Nevertheless I bought 2 but I use in house on carpet. The advantage of this construct is that I no longer get tangled straps or cables in the tripod or the neck hook.
Very Cool
I wasn't "blown away", but the quality and design are excellent. Folds right up for the gig bag.
