I've had this stand for several months now and the pin holding the swivel arm in place keeps getting looser to the point where I'm not really comfortable using it anymore. Not at least for my new stingray. Maybe for my kid's $100 squire. Now it hasn't broke, and maybe it never will, but I'm not willing to test it to find out.

Spring became 'unspring' 5 minutes out of box. Without a working spring the design is unusable.

I'm always worried I'm not going to be able to put things together, but this came in three pieces and it was simple/intuitive and it's so soft and cushy and sturdy that my cherry sunburst finally has a home to perch on. I love it. I'll definitely get two more of these when my acoustic and classical come in.
