The D'Addario Guitar Rest Portable Instrument Support is (in my opinion) too light and flexible to be trusted to support any of my guitars. I found a much better support of the same type (IMHO) at StewMac. Regrettably, I bought this without actually seeing it so I didn't realize just how light and flimsy it it. It's more hassle than it's worth to go through the return process for… read more this item... just be aware that (IMHO) the D'Addario Guitar Rest Portable Instrument Support shouldn't be trusted to support any guitar/bass that you wouldn't want to see hit the floor.
