I received the guitar in great condition. Sweetwater has been great. The guitar was well built and sounded great. My problem and this is just me ,is that the neck was just too small. I have other short scale guitars but perhaps the fat necks made it easier for me to play the 24.75 scale length. This is a medium neck and for me I couldn't bond with it and had to return it. Many years ago I played a Gibson ES-330. It was a 1964. It was heaven on earth. I've never played anything since then that even came close. The HS-530 may have changed that.
