Made in Kalamazoo baby!
I had an H-575 15 years ago. I sold it to get some cash. I needed the cash and I sure regretted selling the guitar. I bought another 575 about 5 years later. First off, it's a beautiful guitar. I have the antique burst (?, brown with dark brown burst) with the Heritage "H" tailpiece. The sound is "creamy." I play thru a Roland Jazz Chorus JC-120. I get a beautiful tone with the… read more neck and neck/bridge pickups (don't usually play with full bridge pickup). The action is perfect and the frets are smooth. I play with light strings because I like to play mostly classic rock but the setup sounds great when I play "wedding band" tunes and some jazz standards (Misty, Satin Doll, Masquerade, You are the Sunshine of my Life, some Geo Benson and some Metheny, etc.). It's a great all-around guitar made by a great company... in Kalamazoo... 225 Parsons Street. I definitely give this a 5-star rating. I also play a mid-60's ES-335 12-string (with 6 strings, never had 12), and an Epiphone Les Paul. I like all my guitars but there's something special about my Heritage H-575.
Sweetwater in general
Sweetwater is the best, I have bought several items and the sales people were so down to earth! If you are looking for a square deal they are the company to buy from, keep it rolling gang!
