WOW! I own 10 guitars and this one wins hands down in the bang for the buck category. Had a set up performed which was nicely done and was slightly out of tune on arrival. Used the onboard tuner which worked to perfection and she plays extremely well! Comfortable and attractive. Doesn't fill a room with big sound but neither does my $1200 Taylor cutaway. 1st let me start by saying that Sweetwater has unmatched customer service! My Man Logan Miller is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. The guitar arrived within a few days of purchase in perfect condition. Did not need to take it anywhere it was all setup and playing once tuned and acclimated. I bought this 12 string to replace one I had years ago. The price is unbelievable and the sound is great. I'm very happy with my purchase. It is my second Ibanez acoustic. My other one is 35 years old
