Better tone than I had imagined ...

Phil

Love the tone of this guitar! I had searched for reviews on this specific acoustic prior to purchase and found them to be complimentary of the tone, despite being a smaller guitar. It was even better than I had imagined. For the price, it's a steal, in my opinion. To Ibanez: my only issue is the lack of a pick guard. Better players might not need one, but, alas, I'm a bit "picky" read more (pun intended).

Excellent first acoustic

I bought this guitar because it was to be my first acoustic. After playing it for a few months, it might be the only one I need for a while. Sounds awesome, plays smooth, no adjustments needed. Just changed out factory strings with some Elixirs and good to go. It does stay in tune very well even with alternate tunings. Super happy with it!

Surprisingly Good Guitar

I was skeptical, I have tried many other Acoustic Electrics at this price point and been disappointed. First off the variety of woods, construction and finish are up there with much higher priced guitars. The electronics and pickup sounds good, the built in tuner is actually better than some of the high end AC guitars I own. Neck is straight and feels great, stays in tune amazingly read more well. With a little fret polishing and a fresh set of strings, you are good to go.

Another Ibanez Jewel

This is my third Ibanez acoustic, two purchased at Sweetwater and one local. I have an AW54CE and an AW50jr with the new arrival the AEG70. Like their siblings, well made, great looking wood with perfect finish, and very playable. Obviously, why I have three. Just a very nice guitar for the money spent. I will not bore you with three paragraphs of accolades, enough to say that read more this guitar should not disappoint. Oh, and as always, I want to thank Will Crisp and the Sweetwater folks for their always exceptional customer care and service. I will be back.
