Great guitar! I have owned a Gibson L4, ES175, several Les Pauls and ES335s, Telecasters....etc. This is a killer guitar! Sounds and plays fantastic. I am quite simply blown away by what it is especially for the median price. I originally bought a lower end Ibanez just to leave out on a guitar stand. I wasn't happy with it. It is not easy to find a good jazz guitar for under 2500. This guy is pretty close to that level. Nice size and love the fret board. Sound is pretty darn mellow. Very pleased with purchase.

Not only is this guitar beautiful but also very well made. Did have Sweetwater do a plek and the action is super. I mean you simply have to lightly touch the strings now even with barre chords. It arrived super well packed and right on time. After 24 hours to allow guitar To acclimate and then opened her up. Really nice case and beautiful guitar. I did it the once over And everything… read more was in great shape. I tuned her up, which I might add was very little to tune and the tone was beautiful. I am very pleased with the guitar and with dealing with Sweetwater. This company puts other internet companies to shame. Main reason they get such top ratings versus other online sellers.

I purchased the LGB30 because I wanted a guitar to learn to play jazz, or at least music in the style of jazz. The workmanship is superb, at least on par with some of my much more expensive guitars. Out of the box it played very well; I had to work on intonation because the bridge slipped ... why do they put it on a piece of foam? Anyway, the sound through a 5w tube amp and 12"… read more speaker is just what I was hoping for and has rejuvenated my creative juices to write music. I showed it to a workmate (who happens to be a good guitarist) and he is now rethinking his plan to purchase a guitar for rock and is contemplating a hollowbody. Call me an extremely pleased customer ... happy, happy!

LGB30 is a guitar I bought site unseen. I think this model is well worth the the money I paid. It maintains the classic warm and creamie sound expected out of a hollow body . I see why George likes this type of guitar. Thanks Kyle,
