Great Module

This thing is undoubtedly a little pricey for what it is - a glorified extension adapter. You could get by without it, but the whole appeal of Temple Audio pedalboards is the side connectivity. Therefore, this is a must-have in my opinion. I actually bought three of these to go with three pedalboards for acoustic, electric, and bass guitars at our church. I wanted to simplify the read more setup process for each of those instruments by building a pedalboard with all the labeled connections on the side, enabling virtually anyone to make the basic connections to set it up. This serves that purpose well and I love the integrated power switch switch. I plugged this into a Walrus Audio power supply and it works great. A few tips: This comes with a small phillips screwdriver called the "moddriver." I highly recommend you use it vs. using another screwdriver. The tip is magnetic and it pairs exactly with the screws. Be sure to use the screws that come with this module when installing it in the pedalboard - the original ones that hold the knockout aren't long enough to fit through the holes in this adapter and thread into the side of the board. As another reviewer stated, things are a lot easier if you remove the handle and the feet from the side of the board you're working with. You can get a better view and angle on the screws, which is important because they are small and would very easily strip out if you aren't careful. This may be obvious to some, but turning the screw backwards until it clicks and then tightening it is a great way to ensure you don't cross-thread it. I was hyper sensitive to the screws and gave special care when installing after reading other reviews, but if you're careful you shouldn't have a problem.

Does it’s job but also looks dope

I was going to build one of these for less money, but decided to buy it because every other Temple Audio product I've purchased has been top notch. This was perfect for getting power to my Duo 24's CIOKS DC-7 power supply. Word to the wise: To install this in your Temple Audio board, remove whatever side of the board you're installing this is in so you'll have unfettered access read more to the rear screw. Otherwise, you'll need be inventing new curse words!

Worth the wait, with excellent customer service

This particular module was on backorder for a while, and though not 100% necessary to use my recently assembled Temple Audio Trio 28 board - it was a desired piece. I did not have any issues with the unit some reported as far as dead on arrival. The unit makes a cleaner UI for the board and less stressful powerup/power downs using the integrated switch (reported as defective on read more some older units). I did have an issue with the mounting screws which passed quality control - but did not have any Philips head depth in the head of the screw for proper tightening. Sweetwater provided assistance by reaching out to Temple Audio, who promptly followed up and sent out a replacement hardware pack for the entire board assembly. Kudos to Sweetwater for the great service, in spite of the long wait due to supply chain issues due to the pandemic.
