Far too much money for what you get
Way too expensive for what you're given. Most other places sell 6-packs for under this price. You'd be better off buying a 25 ft Hosa instrument cable and cutting it up into patch cables. You can get 20 ends for less and a 25 foot cable for more. You'll have loads of patch cables versus paying $+ for 6 cables.
Affordable patch cable but not suitable for all purposes
I've been using some of these Hosa patch cables on my board for a few months now, and they work very well for connecting mono pedals. The low profile allows me to save space on my board to add extra effects. Moreover, although my chain is fairly long, these seem to preserve my signal, as I notice very little difference in my tone from plugging directly into the amp. They're a big… read more improvement over the free cables that came with my board. However, I must say that they are completely unsuitable for running stereo effects. Ironically, the flat head that gives the cable its low profile is just too wide for that application and partially blocks the second input/output jack on my pedals. In some case, it could also cause any issue with blocking the power port on some pedals. I would still recommend this cable for most mono effects, but you'll definitely want to consider your intended purpose before deciding to use this for all of your effects.
Love em
Bought for my first pedalboard. These safe so much space, and practically have the pedals next to eachother with about half an inch apart. It's great not having to worry about pesky cables all over the place cuz these stay together nicely and neatly. Recommended.
Great for getting peals closer together
The cables work great and allow you to get pedals closer together if you have side jacks. I would not recommend if you have 2 - 1/4" jacks on top with a power plug between them. On one of my pedals (J Rockett Design) with the jacks plugged in, the power plug won't go all the way in and was prone to falling out. The wide disc shape protruded too close to the power plug. As long… read more as your jacks are on the side you should be good.
Handy Dandy
Love these little cables. They make it really easy to cram as many pedals on your board as possible.
