Excellent value for the money
First of all - I am a guitarist and I don't really play the ukulele, but I do a lot of home recording and wanted a rhythm instrument that stood out more. I didn't feel the need to drop a huge amount of money but I still wanted something nice. After playing around with the Lanikai tenor for a bit I am very happy with the purchase - the instrument has a rich, warm tone, good volume,… read more and clearly robust construction. It's also much prettier than the pictures on Sweetwater can convey: the finish has the kind of shimmer and depth that I associate with higher-end acoustic guitars. Good action, good intonation and tuning stability. Plus the case is quite nice. I am very impressed all around. Again I don't really play the uke and you might want a more expert opinion. I am sure there are truly premium builders out there with mind-blowing ukes. But I think even a snob would agree that this is an exceptional instrument for the price.
Lanikai acs-t tenor
This ukulele plays and sounds as well as it looks. I took it to a local music store and they to were impressed with this Lanikai which they sell but not the ACS-T. I love this Ukulele. Ray from Kankakee
Lanikai ACS-T
The beauty and sound of this Ukulele is far better than my Tenor Córdoba. The finish, construction and quality is second to none, very comparable to some hi-end Ukes.
LOVE it
This plays as beautifully as it looks. The sound is amazing. The action is good. The weight is very nice. It feels sturdy. It feels like the perfect fit for me when I am playing. Holding it is a pleasure.
