I opened the box for the new Lanikai MAS-CET, I pleased to see a well built fitted case.. Thdd we n when I pulled out the Uke I thought ok it's pretty but can it sound like what I need it to sound like. I went through my play list of various artists and will say this Welcome to the family! It has a nice warm sound and can hit the high notes! the minute i took it out of the case i loved it. to start, it looks dynamite. when you pick it up it feels great in your hands. then when you start to play it sounds great. i've found that i don't like missing a day fooling around with it. i would recommend this ukulele to everyone. you'll love it. haven't tried the electronics yet. that will come later.

This feels so comfortable to me. It sounds great! The built in tuner could be better. The design around the outer edge is very subtle. I wish it were more noticeable.

I am a guitar player. A friend recently told me that playing ukulele is like playing a guitar with a capo at the fifth fret. So, I decided to buy one. I am very satisfied with my purchase. This ukulele is beautiful, the fit and finish are very nice. It is easy to play. It sounds great acoustically and sounds great plugged into a PA. It also comes with a very nice case.
