Excellent

This guitar was the perfect choice for upgrading from my old begginner acoustic. Im not a pro but still, even intermediate players should have quality without breaking the bank. The guitar is beautiful. The koa wood is smooth and very visually pleasing. The inlays on the fretboard are stunning to look at. The guitar is a bit darker than in photos but all the better for it. The guitar read more also screams quality. From the moment I unwrapped it I knew this was a game changer for me. It sounds great, a little muted(probably due to the reduced width of the body), but still a bold and deep sound. The fretboard is smooth so your fingernails wont catch on bends or slides. Really a very good purchase for me. Also my customer service rep Ramses was great. Text and email updates on this guitar and the one I bought previously. Really amazing service. A perfect guitar to replace that old beginner acoustic and an excellent website to do it from.

Great guitar for the money

After doing a lot of research and comparing other guitars in this price range, I settled for this Luna Guitar. Overall this guitar is beautiful and sounds beautiful. I've had the privilege of playing higher-end Martin and Taylor Guitars and this guitars sound can compete with either one. This guitar has a few parts that are rough around the edges, like the 18th through 20th frets, read more ones you would never play on an acoustic anyway. And the sound hole edges are not smooth like you would see on higher-end guitars. But that's simply just nitpicking. I promise you this guitar far exceeds the value of how much it's being sold for. I absolutely love it. The koa wood finish is beautiful and I actually prefer satin over gloss. The high tide inlays and the rosette around the sound hole are beautiful. I also love the Vintage open-back tuners which have held tune surprisingly well. It has Fishman Electronics which is excellent. I will be switching out the string pegs for some ebony over the plastic ones on it now. And once these D'Addario Strings wear out, I will keep elixirs on it from there on out. I think The Elixir strings coupled with the wood pegs will enhance the sound even more. Overall if you're considering a guitar under the $1,000 range, this guitar can compete with any other one on the market. Definitely recommend! Thank you Sweetwater for the excellent customer service and the comprehensive inspection on it. Shout out to my sales engineer Cliff for calling me and checking-in to make sure everything was ordered correctly. Highly recommend Sweetwater for all your musical needs and I will continue buying from them in the future!!
