I love this guitar

Guy

One of the only things I didn't have was an acoustic electric and, having purchased a Luna Aurora previously and loving it for both design and quality, I went with this model. I personally love the smaller scale models and this is a parlor size guitar with the sound of a full size. The action is fantastic and it would make an excellent starter for a beginner or child while being read more excellent for a more experienced player as a travel or daily play piece. Let me also add, as always, Sweetwater's customer service is second to none in the industry. I love that they take the time to call you personally both after the initial purchase and also follow up a couple of weeks later to make sure you're happy with your purchase. My sales rep Ed has followed up on everythimg I've purchased since starting with Sweetwater and if I ever get out that way I want to buy this fellow a beer.

Great size and sounds good

I recently purchased a Breedlove concert that sounds warm this travel-sized guitar sounds a bit brighter and that's an unfair comparison of apples to oranges. I must say I am digging this guitar it feels great in the hand and it doesn't feel cheaply constructed and quite frankly I am amazed that it came with electronics at this price. I appreciate Sweetwater's style of customer read more service and satisfaction, Jon emailed me pictures of my guitar and the inspection certificate shows a level of professionalism you rarely get from retailers today. The packaging was superb Fedex could have dropped it off my roof and I'm pretty confident the guitar would have been fine. I am going to return to Sweetwater if I need new gear. This luna Koa supreme checked all the boxes when it comes to what I was in the market for and I recommend it if you need a travel-sized guitar or something for small framed individuals. Oh, and it looks SWEET too.

Luna Koa Safari Supream

Skill level: Solid beginner (proficient in the 8 essential major and minor cords and different strumming patterns). My current guitar is a Ibanez AW mahogany dreadnaught. I was looking for a ¾ dread to sit next to my recliner that I could grab and practice when the mood stuck me. I borrowed my granddaughter ¾ Yamaha and it fit the bill. Next my quest for a quality ¾ at a reasonable read more price. After a lot of research reading reviews, and listing to reviews and playing on youtube I decided to look into the Luna Koa Supreme, it checked all the boxes on paper. I ordered it from Sweetwater, first let me say they are excellent at customer service. Within minutes a engineering rep sent me an email asking if I needed any help or questions, he also sent me some high res pictures of the guitar I just ordered. Free 2 day shipping, my Luna arrived on time and packed so well that the only way it could have got damaged was if the FedEx truck would have ran over it. Out of the box this guitar is fantastic, solid Koa top, laminated Koa sides and back, convex back, inlaid around sound hole, inlaid fret markers and logo and sold bone nut and compensated bridge. I'm an accomplished wood worker and inspected it with a fine tooth comb. This is a beautiful quality built instrument. I'm not a professional or accomplished musician but the sound is great, not going into more detail but it exceeded my expectations, in looks and sound. Hope this helps.
