I have tried a few cheaper straps for my guitars and never enjoyed the feel over my shoulder. My guitar never stayed in place with me making constant adjustments. After I purchased this strap I found it to be very comfortable and the suede back kept my guitar right where I wanted it. Since then I have purchased one for each of my five electric guitars. I love this strap!

Italian Black Leather strap w/Suede Backed Padding, makes the Les Paul a li'l more bearable. W/Schaller strap locks its a good insurance policy against dropping a really expensive Guitar...its really a TOP QUALITY item and for $... I cant complain at ll.

Just perfect for my great guitar. My guitar is a little on the heavy side approximately 10 pounds. This helps me hold it effortlessly standing up. It's a great width, and is made of soft beautiful leather.

This a simple, comfortable, and well constructed leather strap. The top is a fine garment-grade leather and the interior is a suede. If you are looking for something that is a little grippy and easy on your shoulder, you can't find much better options than this. I swear by Levy's leather straps, and this one is no exception. I usually go for 3" straps, but decided to go with this 2.5" strap for a new guitar, and it works great. The leather feels great and the workmanship is flawless, as usual.
