Nice guitar at this price point. Sold construction.
This is the second Martin X series I have purchased. This lefty is a gift for my daughter. I'm not left handed, so I all is can really comment on is the overall tone . It's nice and resonant and I think it's best suited to finger style guitar playing as is the right handed X series I play. Tone and volume controls are simplistic and neatly tucked away in the sound hole. No big ugly… read more controls to look at. I like that. Slightly shorter scale length and body size seem comfortable. Sounds good amplified. Very nice gig bag. The Lifespan strings are a bit too brassy sounding but that's purely subjective.
