I decided that I had to have this guitar to hang on the wall in my basement "studio" because I have always been fascinated by the Woodstock phenomenon, and I wanted to own a Martin. I must say that this guitar is fun to play. The neck is very comfortable and the low sting action is also very comfortable. I like the rich sounding bass that this guitar offers and my fingers glide read more smoothly over the Lifespan strings. The HPL body and top offers far better sound than I was expecting! At this price point for a Martin, you cannot go wrong with this guitar!

A poster you can play

Here's what you get: a Woodstock poster, six strings, a Fishman bare bones pickup, a bridge and fretboard from Richlite (stop giggling!), a Stratabond laminated neck, real metal tuners, and an instant conversation starter. Who needs a case or bag for a guitar that`s not made of wood? No, seriously, this is not a guitar for a first time Martin player, or the owner of an angelic read more D-45. But if you`re old enough to remember the groundbreaking festival and its music that made Acid famous, you should own this postcard from the past. Plays nice, sounds ok. It has so many weird features that it reminds me of myself as a young player: not the least bit serious and not at all accomplished, with a healthy dose of Laissez-fair and Je-ne-sais-quois. Somehow i think this Martin is made for all the now well-heeled retirees and survivors from the 60s cultural revolution who haven't ever quite learned how to play a bar-chord. A must have for posers like me. Take a selfie now before you bite the dust and order this thing now!

Suprised
