Perfect F Style Mando Strap

I wanted a little wider strap that had a loop, saw a video on YouTube and it was exactly what I wanted. I have always used Levy's straps, great quality great fit. There was a slight hitch but, it was with my Mando. The endpin was press fit ebony, very different and, not good for a strap. I took the pin and ground off the end being careful to leave the taper in it. Used some Elmer's… read more wood glue tapped it in until about 1/16" was showing, drilled a pilot hole and, I will tell you ebony is very hard wood. Put a little soap on the screw and used a regular guitar strap button and put this strap on, excellence! This is so nice to be able to adjust the instrument height so easily. The wide cloth feels really great instead of a narrow piece of leather.

As the title says, the "Levy's MC8A Cotton Acoustic Strap" really is a PERFECT match for any concert-sized / small-bodied acoustic guitar that doesn't have a strap button installed in the heel of the neck. Thanks again, Bob Mondok, for your time & expertise. I love the strap!
