These got the job done and really shined up my nasty frets, but they were really messy to use. Even after the frets dried and I cleaned up my fingers for a restring, crud was still coming off the frets and got all over the backs of my fingers when I stretched the strings. This tool is by far the easiest fret polishers I've used, way better than any other products that cost more money and time and these things will leave your frets brand new

I'm not sure what dark sorcery goes into these fret pads, but they clean and polish like nobody's business. The guards included in the kit are not great, but the pads themselves work excellently to leave frets bright and shiny. Be prepared to give the fretboard a good wipe-down after use, as the pads have a fair amount of solution on them.
