Ovation
Always wanted an Ovation but never got one because of negative reviews about the unplugged sound. Biggest mistake I have made, listening to those reviews. This guitar plays like a dream and sounds like one too. I have owned and still own some very voicetrious guitars. This guitar is second only to my Blueridge BR 60. This guitar easily reaches 82 decibels unplugged, with a constant… read more 65 to 70 decibel range. It has become my favorite by far. Wish the Blueridge had electronics so I could compare them plugged in. The Ovation has one of the best plugged in sounds out there. Buy one, you will need disappointed.
Looks great, plays great.
I don't understand why people hate on Ovation guitars so much. Once I changed strings to my preferred EXP's, it's an absolute dream to play. While a strap is needed because of the curved back, it's so easy to play and sounds great. I have picked this up every single day since it's arrived, is there a better testament to a guitar than that?
