The people at Sweetwater add a personal touch that most brick and mortar stores lack! For my guitar, which I have never bought on line before, I was able to pick out the exact guitar, serial number as proof, and have it delivered to my door. I'm in love with this guitar! She is so beautiful in both sound and appearance!! She has a deep rich alto voice! I have plugged her in yet just enjoying her acoustic sound for a bit! She looks great next to her brother (Eppi 339 Natural) doesn't she?!

Its been 10 years since I held a guitar in my hands. I wept when I unpacked it. I retired this year and decided it's time. The tone is very balanced. This is a SUPER GUITAR that I received yesterday, took it out of the box and it was even in tune! The action is just superb just the way I like it! I have bought guitars from Musician"s Friends, however they just seem to just ship as is without even looking at the guitar, I probably won"t buy another guitar from Musician"s Friends Ever! Thanks to Sweetwater!!!!!!
