I have had my new Elite TX about 2 weeks now and am really satisfied! I am a retired still performing musician, and have been playing Ovations since 1969. This guitar rates up there with my 1985 Collectors Edition that was stolen recently. I love the the black textured finish also, no finger prints! The sound plugged in is about the same as a mid-bowl, very full sounding. The neck… read more is perfect for my playing styles, classic R&R, blues, country, jazz, and contemporary, quite versatile guitar. As a side point, my girlfriend says it's sexy! Also thanks to Dave Brow for all his help, he's very smart, and thorough. My guitar got here on time in great condition, and was set up nicely. Thanks Sweetwater, another one out of the park!

Just received my new Elite TX today and all I can say is WOW this guitar rocks. If looks could kill I would be dead it is a looker for sure. The neck and action are as close to an electric than any acoustic I have ever played. Unplugged playing is very pleasing to the ear but plug this bad boy in and lookout.
