As I'm writting this I am currently dealing with the 2nd failing guitar cable from Ernie Ball. When I bought this cable it died in less than a month. I wasn't surprised as this thing got terrible tone and popped and hissed like crazy. Luckily it was still under warranty and Ernie Ball replaced it with no problem However this current cable is doing the same thing. I got these to replace my cheap Amazon cable for my bass guitar and it works great. I noticed a significant change in quality right way, even through a cheap 15 watt combo. Notes sound clear and defined.
